Barre/Circuit

Barre classes can be done anywhere with little to no equipment. Use a wall or a chair for balance. Small weights, balls, and yoga mats are helpful but not needed. These classes are based on the bootybarre method. Circuit classes are a mix between barre and Pilates mat classes. These classes are for all levels, but are challenging. They incorporate cardio with no impact. So give it a try and work at your own pace to get a great workout for your body!
